Using Aurora

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Aurora for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app or its content.

Aurora Pro and in-app items

Aurora offers optional paid features ("Aurora Pro") as monthly and annual subscriptions and as a one-time lifetime purchase. The price and renewal terms shown in checkout apply to your selected plan.

App-store billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled by Apple or Google. Web billing is handled by RevenueCat Billing using Stripe as its payment processor. Subscription plans renew until cancelled; use the subscription-management link in Aurora or the provider’s receipt or customer portal to manage them.

In-app currency (embers ◆) and virtual items have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not transferable outside the app.

Your content

Anything you write in the app (such as journal entries) is yours and stays on your device. You are responsible for what you create in the app.

Provided "as is"

Aurora is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it working, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data stored on your device will always be preserved, so back up anything important to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available here, and continued use of the app means you accept the latest version.
